Adding Basic Elements
When you first start adding the elements that you want to display on your page, Weebly tells you exactly what you can do. Take a look at the screen shot below that shows you what this page looked like before I started adding any elements.
As you can see, I have quite a bit of flexibility in adding elements. All of the elements that I can add are in the top of the screen. I can add basic things like titles, pictures, text, columns, etc. I can even add buttons to make my site look more professional and user-friendly.
All editing is done on the page that you wish to edit. Notice that you don't see any html or coding language. Everything is shown to you graphically and dragging the design element to where you want it on the page will add the html for that function behind the scenes. If you have some html knowledge, you will be able to add things using html, but there's no reason to ever have to know any html to set up an attractive website.

Adding Multimedia
Multimedia is just a fancy word for different kinds of media. Those could include photo galleries, YouTube videos, maps, embedded documents, video, etc. These features can improve the professionalism of your website, depending on what type of website you're creating. I've used the "Photo Gallery" feature below to show you how to add multiple images in one area of your webpage.
With a free account, you can only add a few types of multimedia. If it's important to you to have access to more than what's offered in the free version, it will be worth it to you to check out the reasons to upgrade to the Pro Account.
Creating the Rest of Your Site
Once you get the hang of customizing each page and adding the content in the way you want it, you only need to continue to go back to the Pages tab and add the rest of the pages that you'll need to complete your website. You can choose whether you want to add all the pages at first and then go back and add content for all the pages, or add pages one at a time. That's what's so great about Weebly - it's pretty much up to you!
